Whitney Houston: full coroner’s report gives more details on cocaine, drowning

Nearly two months after her death, the full autopsy report for the late singer Whitney Houston rules her death an accidental drowning to which heart disease and “chronic drug use” contributed, according to TMZ.
The report also says there was evidence of cocaine use the night Houston, 48, died on Feb 11 and that her body was found “lying face down in the bathtub filled with water,” according to CNN.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office said the "effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use" were contributing factors in the death, according to CNN.
According to TMZ, the coroner’s report said Houston was found with “a bloody purge coming from her nose.”
"Located in the top drawer, in the north side of the counter were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base."

Police have not said they suspect foul play in Houton’s death but have yet to close their case.
