VIDEO: Cops break up huge fight at Philly wedding

GlobalPost

It was a memorable wedding night for one Philadelphia couple, but probably not the way they would have wanted.

Wedding guests got into a huge brawl at the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel that left one man dead of a heart attack and three others cited for crimes, reports NBC News.

Police said the argument started in the hotel bar and turned into a massive fight not only between guests from the same wedding party but also between guests from two separate wedding parties, reports philly.com.

"There was an issue with a lot of alcohol fueling the fight," said police spokesman Lt. Ray Evers.

In the video, at least seven uniformed police officers can be seen trying to separate several guests who are intent on causing bodily harm.

One officer is seen repeatedly striking guests with a baton while a woman screamed in the background.

The person who took the video, which was posted on YouTube, at one point asks "Did they just deck the bride?"

A woman in a wedding dress is then seen being led away.

A 57-year-old man, reported to be an uncle of the bride, suffered a heart attack amid the chaos and died later at a local hospital, reports the New York Daily News.
