Backstage at a New York Fashion Week show consists of flying extensions, glittery garments strewn about, stylists tripping over shoes, and other elements that create a truly chaotic scene. Models are pieced together to perfection with fashion tape and body glue before being released on the runway and shown to an unsuspecting audience.
