A shooting at an Arizona office complex on Wednesday has left one person dead and two people wounded, ABC News reported.
Gunfire reportedly broke out near a mortgage company in Phoenix at around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, said the Associated Press.
Investigators are still searching for a 70-year-old suspect named Arthur Douglas Harmon whom they believe may be responsible, according to ABC News. He was last seen in a white 2013 Kia with Arizona license plate.
According to KSAZ, the man entered the complex looking for certain people, had some sort of fight and opened fire.
"We believe that there was some type of meeting concerning some pending litigation," Phoenix Police Sgt. Tommy Thompson told ABCNews.com. "There was an altercation after the meeting had concluded."
Police said Steven Singer, 48, was pronounced dead at the hospital, CNN reported. The other two victims do not have life-threatening injuries.
