Obama to see controversial ‘Gangnam Style’ singer perform

President Barack Obama will attend a concert Sunday evening with performances by controversial "Gangnam Style" singer PSY.
Fox News reported the South Korean rapper Park Jae-sang, who goes by the name PSY, apologized Friday for using "inflammatory and inappropriate language" in the lyrics of his previous songs.
In 2004, PSY rapped: "Kill those f—ing Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives… Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers."
"While I'm grateful for the freedom to express one's self, I've learned there are limits to what language is appropriate and I'm deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted," the rapper said in a statement, Reuters said. "I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused by those words."
Fox News confirmed Obama and his family will be attending the annual "Christmas in Washington" concert for the Children's National Medical Center at the National Building Museum. The show will also include performances by Diana Ross, Megan Hilty, Demi Lovato, Chris Mann and Scotty McCreery.
PSY's "Gangnam Style" is the most-watched video ever on YouTube, with more than 900 million hits, Reuters said.
