Naeem Davis, accused subway pusher, charged with second degree murder (VIDEO)
This video screengrab shows New York City police officers questioning 30-year-old Naeem Davis, the suspect in a deadly subway pushing incident.
A 30-year-old man who allegedly confessed to pushing a New York City subway rider to his death was charged with murder Wednesday.
Naeem Davis had been taken into custody for questioning Tuesday, the Associated Press reported.

The New York Post reported Davis confessed during police questioning, and was later charged with second-degree murder, attempted murder and depraved indifference.
He is accused of pushing 58-year-old father Ki Suk Han off the platform at the 49th Street station moments before a train arrived.
Horrified onlookers screamed and waved their hands as Han scrambled to get off the tracks, but it was too late.

A photo of Han's final moments taken by a New York Post photographer was splashed across the newspaper's front page the next day, sparking outcry and raising questions about the newspaper's ethics.
According to witnesses and surveillance video, it appears Han was trying to calm an agitated Davis when he was shoved onto the tracks.
Police officials told the Post that Davis said he "stayed and watched" Han's death, adding he knew the man was dead when he heard his torso snap.
