Penn State's top witness, Mike McQueary, testified Friday concerning the case of Jerry Sandusky, saying he saw the former coach molesting a young boy in the locker room shower in 2002.
The incident was "extremely sexual in nature," McQueary said, as reported by CNN.
McQueary said he walked into the locker room and heard noises from the shower that sounded like skin slapping against skin.
"I looked in the mirror and shockingly and surprisingly saw Jerry with a boy in the shower," he said.

McQueary said Sandusky was positioned behind the boy, and the two were as close together as could be. He said he cannot say for sure that intercourse was taking place, but he thinks it was.
After the two separated, the former quarterback left the looker room. He said he then told former football head coach Joe Paterno. Nine days later after telling Paterno, he met with Penn State's athletic director, Tim Curley, and its university vice president, Gary Schultz. CNN stated:
Curley and Schultz are charged with lying about what McQueary described to them. McQueary was the first witness in a hearing Friday to decide if there's enough evidence to warrant putting Curley and Schultz on trial on charges of perjury and failing to report suspected child sexual abuse.
Sandusky has denied any illegal activity, saying that he and the boy took a shower together in 2002, but they were only "horsing around."
The former assistant football coach has been accused of sexual abuse against 10 boys since 1994. He met the boys through a youth charity he founded, the Second Mile.
The scandal has been devastating to the university and wider community. As the scandal has grown, the university's response to the incidents have been questioned. Penn State trustees ultimately fired Paterno and the university president over how they handled the allegations of abuse.
