A South Carolina man is dead after demonstrating the "proper way" to hold a gun to your head.
James Gagum, 43, was watching a movie at his home in Conway when a witness told police he began arguing about the way a character was handling a gun, police told Conway TV station WPDE.

He picked up a revolver, held it to his head and said, "That's not how it's done."
Gagum pulled the trigger several times. On the third pull, the gun went off, according to The Associated Press.

Gagum was pronounced dead at the scene and the shooting was ruled accidental.
In 2010, Gagum made headlines when he shot and killed one of three suspects who broke into his home. He claimed they pointed a gun at he and his wife, Myrtle Beach, S.C, TV station WMBF reported.
