The Queen accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh toured the new Royal London Hospital building, visiting the new Children’s Services area meeting patients and staff. They also visited the new National Centre for Bowel Research and Surgical Innovation where they toured state-of-the-art laboratories dedicated to the study of human tissue.
