Axl Rose endorses Obama during rare interview on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ (VIDEO)

Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose has endorsed US President Barack Obama, sort of.

Rose expressed his support for Obama during an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Wednesday night, which was the rock star’s first live televised appearance in 20 years, US Weekly reported.

During the interview to promote the band’s upcoming residency at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, an unusually jovial Rose discussed Halloween, his favorite bands, his pre-rock life as a manager of the Tower Video store on Sunset Boulevard and his tardiness, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Rose also expressed his support for Obama in the upcoming presidential election, even though he has never “really voted,” the Wall Street Journal reported.

"Well, I'm in California, and it usually leans Democratic, and that's usually where I'm leaning anyway. And that's usually where I'm leaning anyway," Rose said.

"I would lean Democrat. I would lean Obama."

The full interview with Rose has been posted below.
