Blake Fielder-Civil, the ex-husband of Amy Winehouse, is in a coma after an overdose of heroin and excessive drinking.
According to Reuters citing Britain's Sun newspaper, 30-year-old Fielder-Civil is on life support in a British hospital just days after the one-year anniversary marking Winehouse's death.
According to his girlfriend Sarah Aspin, he suffered multiple organ failure before doctors induced him into a coma.

The Sun reported he was found choking on vomit last week after taking the drugs and drinking.
"I'm praying he'll survive but I'm having to prepare myself that he may never wake up," Aspin told The Sun.
Winehouse, just 27, was found dead in her London home on July 2011 and many blamed her then-husband for introducing her to drugs. Officials determined she died of accidental alcohol poisoning.
