What's the deal with the Twitter hashtag #TroikaGameOver? What does it mean, and why was it trending this morning?
On Monday, the three-word phrase came to encapsulate the peaking levels of frustration felt by Europeans over the bloc's fiscal future.
The "Troika" of #TroikaGameOver refers to the group of finance officials currently mediating with Greece — a triumvirate of European Union officials, representatives from the European Central Bank, and International Monetary Fund officials.
