Israel destroyed a second tunnel linking Gaza with Israel, less than a week after one was discovered on Sunday.
The Jerusalem Post reported that Israel knew about the second tunnel in 2012, but had yet to destroy it.
Several days ago, the Israeli military found another tunnel into Israel, which it claimed militants could use to attack Israelis.
Israel called it a "terror tunnel" and subsequently froze the transfer of construction materials to the Palestinian territory after it was found. The tunnel led from a house in the Gaza Strip to a remote area near a kibbutz in Israel.

Hamas, which governs the Strip, said on Twitter that 1,000 more tunnels would be dug in response.
The second tunnel was destroyed on Tuesday, which had explosives stretching down its shaft.
Hamas has used tunnels to attack Israel in the past.
In 2006, a similar tunnel was used by militants to capture Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit who was held hostage in Gaza for five years before being exchanged for 1,400 Palestinian prisoners.
Violence has flared between the Israelis and Palestinians lately, with a retired Israeli colonel murdered at his home in the West Bank several days ago.
In September, a Palestinian man lured an Israeli to the West Bank and killed him in hopes of exchanging his body for the release of his brother from an Israeli prison.
