Ernest Wallace, the third suspect in the death of semi-pro football player Odin Lloyd, has turned himself in to police.
Wallace, 41, also known as "Fish," turned himself in after police said they were seeking him as an accessory after murder and that he was considered armed and dangerous.
Police were on their way to Florida to pick him up when he went to a police station in the Miami suburb of Miramar.
Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has already been charged with murder after Lloyd was found dead in North Attleborough, Mass., last week.
Wallace had last been seen driving a gray or silver Chrysler 300 with Rhode Island license plates, police said.
A 27-year-old Hernandez family friend, Carlos Ortiz, is also in custody but has not been charged in a Massachusetts court, reports USA Today.
Lloyd's body was discovered by a jogger on June 17 in an industrial park less than a mile from Hernandez's home. Prosecutors said the football player was shot five times.
Hernandez is currently being held without bail after pleading not guilty to first-degree murder and five firearms charges, including possessing a large-capacity firearm.
Prosecutors claim Hernandez drove Lloyd to a secluded spot and "orchestrated his execution."
"As (Lloyd) tried to turn, he was shot in the back, and the defendant and his confederates stood over him and delivered the two fatal shots," First Assistant District Attorney William McCauley said in Attleboro District Court.
"He orchestrated the crime from the beginning and took steps to conceal and destroy evidence."
