The body of a bride-to-be has been found in New York's Hudson River. The woman, Lindsey Stewart, 30, went missing following a boat crash Friday night, along with the person who was to be the best man at her Aug. 10 wedding, Mark Lennon.

Lennon remains missing.

Stewart was not wearing a lifejacket, Robert Van Cura, an undersheriff with the Rockland County Sheriff's Office, told the (Westchester County, NY) Journal News. It is unknown whether Lennon was wearing a life preserver.

Four people, all men, were injured when the power boat Stewart and her friends were in struck a barge south of the Tappan Zee Bridge. Stewart's fiance, Brian Bond, 35, suffered a fractured eye socket, WABC reported.

The groom-to-be was knocked unconscious and called 911 when he was revived.

"It can't end like this," the bride's mother, Carol Stewart, told WABC on Friday.

The crash happened after the boat left Piermont for a short trip across the river to Tarrytown, Rockland County Sheriff's Department Chief William Barbera told The Associated Press.

Rescuers searched for the missing boaters for several hours Friday night and resumed their search Saturday morning.

The Coast Guard has retrieved the vessel, a 21-foot Stingray power boat.
