Boston breathed a collective sigh of relief after the second Boston Marathon bombing suspect was captured late last night.
Police officers and residents of the Watertown suburb cheered and clapped when the suspect, 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, was taken into custody after an exchange of gunfire with police.
