In Missouri, there will be a ballot in the primaries today, and in Virginia, a judge has allowed the state’s attorney general to file suit in court.

The Takeaway’s Washington correspondent, Todd Zwillich, believes that for Republicans, this fight against health care is due to the mid-term elections rather than the bill itself.
