Yesterday’s inauguration of the newly-elected President Hassan Rouhani was a chance to assure Iranian and U.S. leaders that an opportunity for real change exists now.
Rouhani may have signaled both yesterday in a speech that at the very least marks a radical step away from the the rhetoric and style of former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
