As spring heads toward summer, the energy in the atmosphere is creating the signature storms in America’s tornado alley. A huge storm path swept through swaths of the Midwest today and Sunday creating tornadoes that touched ground in Iowa, Kansas and Oklahoma.
Rachel Hubbard is associate director at KOSU in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The first tornado touched down about a half mile from her house in the Oklahoma City suburb of Edmond.
