President Obama Expected to Nominate 3 to U.S. Court of Appeals

The Takeaway

President Obama is expected to announce today his three nominations to fill vacancies on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. The president has chosen a law professor, a lawyer and a federal judge.
Todd Zwillich, Takeaway Washington Correspondent, reports on the nominations.
