Stalemate in Libya?

The Takeaway

NATO says it’s carried out more than 2,300 air raids in Libya since it began the mission to help rebel fighters in their struggle against Col. Gadhafi. However, the fighting continues as the mission slips into what appears to be a protracted engagement. The rebels say they have gained control of more territory outside of Misrata, but that they need more weapons and more training. Correspondent for the BBC,  Andrew Harding, reports from Benghazi.
