Shutting down Guantanamo
President Obama’s January 2010 deadline for shutting down the Guantanamo detention facility is drawing near. But administration officials now say meeting that deadline will be difficult. Anchor Marco Werman speaks with Cully Stimson about the challenges in closing Guantanamo. Stimson served as a deputy assistant defense secretary in charge of all detainee policy for the Bush administration.
