Movies: Sequel-Mania and the End of the World

The Takeaway

This weekend’s anticipated top opener “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” This is the third sequel in the “Pirates” franchise.  But “Pirates of the Caribbean” isn’t the only sequel machine out there.
