Maxi Geil! and Playcolt is a glam band from New York City mostly comprised of successful gallery artists. The group started out as a conceptual project connected to singer Guy Richards Smit’s rock operas The Ballad of Bad Orpheus and Nausea 2, but they’ve since become a full-time band, and have played in rock clubs, gallery spaces, and museums around the world.
