Police have not identified the other victims. For more about the case we have Edward Conlon, detective for the NYPD and author of “Red on Red: A Novel.” Rachel Lloyd, author of the memoir “Girls Like Us: Fighting for a World Where Girls Are Not for Sale, an Activist Finds Her Calling and Heals Herself” is Executive Director and founder of GEMS – Girls Educational and Mentoring Services.
