Gunmen shot and killed Minister of Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti, a top liberal Pakistani minister as he was leaving his home for a cabinet meeting. Bhatti was the only Christian member of Pakistan’s Cabinet. This is the second time a high-profile critic of the nation’s blasphemy laws has been assasinated this year.
