There’s a Brazilian singer-songwriter known by one name — Djavan. Djavan’s a legend at home. And he has a huge following around the world. He’s already put out 17 albums in his 32-year career. Now he’s releasing the 18th. It’s called Matizes.
Here’s a taste of it. That’s the title track from Djavan’s new CD Matizes.
Djavan says it was inspired by the Dutch artist Piet Mondrian, known for his geometric paintings in primary colors.
