Hurricane Recovery Underway in New York and New Jersey

New York and New Jersey are still reeling from Hurricane Sandy. As of Tuesday evening, there were 2.3 million New Yorkers without power. And as of Tuesday morning, there were 2.6 million households in New Jersey without power. The subway, NJ Transit, and PATH trains are still out of service, and a number of roads are blocked with debris and water.
