Actress Kristin Chenoweth is recovering after an accident on the set of CBS' "The Good Wife" in New York.
Chenoweth's spokeswoman told The New York Daily News that she was home recovering after she was injured by falling lighting equipment on a Brooklyn sound stage and “thanks everyone for their prayers and well wishes.”
According to the Los Angeles Times, the actress was taken to a hospital in Manhattan.
The Daily News reported she was seen at Bellevue Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit wearing a neck brace.

CBS released a statement saying "while filming a scene for 'The Good Wife' in Brooklyn, a gust of wind blew a lighting silk out of place striking actress."
On the television series "The Good Wife," Chenoweth portrays a "top-of-her-game political reporter."
Chenoweth has starred in several Broadway musicals and stared in the ABC series "GCB" which was canceled in May.
