Sweden drops plans for 13 wind farms, citing security concerns

This week, Sweden announced it was nixing plans for 13 offshore wind farms. Defense Minister Pål Jonson said Monday that the wind farms presented a security risk. In fact, he said, they could drop Sweden’s reaction time to potential Russian missile strikes.
