New Hong Kong bill aims to improve conditions in cramped housing

In Hong Kong, a new law is aimed at improving living conditions for people in cramped homes, known as subdivided units. The regulations would require these apartments to be a minimum of 86 square feet in size, and include windows and a toilet.
