Turkey reinstates access to Instagram

Access to Instagram was restored to people in Turkey over the weekend, about a week after the government blocked the app. Turkey’s transportation and infrastructure minister claimed that Instagram promised to ban the accounts of Kurdish groups that Turkey considers to be terrorist organizations.
