An Indian man accused in a murder-for-hire plot pleaded not guilty in New York City on Monday. US prosecutors announced in November that a sting operation had thwarted a plot to kill Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Pannun is a Sikh separatist, and is considered a terrorist by the Indian government.
