Assange wins right to appeal

A London court said Monday that the founder of Wikileaks, Julian Assange, can appeal his extradition to the US. The move will further draw out Assange’s legal fight against espionage charges that stem from accusations that he encouraged the theft of classified military documents and then published them online.
