A deal between Saudi Arabia and Israel could be a ‘paradigm shift’ in the Middle East

Two major powers in the Middle East — Saudi Arabia and Israel — have been in indirect negotiations to end decades of disengagement. As part of reestablishing ties with Israel, Saudi Arabia wants the US to help it with a civilian nuclear program.
