Turkey undertakes mass arrests after deaths of Turks in northern Iraq

In recent days, Turkey has detained at least 718 people as part of an investigation into the PKK, a Kurdish militant group. The PKK blames Turkish airstrikes on their bases in northern Iraq for the deaths. And in the middle of it all is an already strained relationship between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and President Joe Biden.
