Some students have been deported from the US; others find that tuition is much cheaper in Mexico. But those trying to continue their education in Mexico will often hit red tape. Reporter Max Rivlin-Nadler meets several students who have struggled to battle Mexican bureaucracy, and looks at efforts underway to make it easier to cross the border to study.
