Southern Turkey grapples with rising death toll as rescue teams arrive

In Turkey, it’s taken two days for government aid to reach some of the areas hardest hit by Monday’s devastating earthquakes. As Durrie Bouscaren reports from the Turkish town of Elbistan, it’s been up to residents and volunteers to manage rescue and relief efforts.
