Taylor Swift’s Eras tour has rocked the world, even causing a literal earthquake. The economic value of Swifties converging on a city for a concert has countries vying for the opportunity. This week, that country is Singapore and politicians from other countries across the region including the Philippines and Thailand have been outraged. Singapore will be the only stop in Southeast Asia on the Eras tour, something the PM of Thailand has alleged publicly that the American popstar signed an exclusivity deal with Singapore.
