Report: Pride events organized in more than 100 countries

While June is Pride Month in the US, events celebrating and spotlighting LGBTQ communities differ across the globe. Despite the threat of repression and violence faced by many LGBTQ communities, pride events were organized in more than 100 countries, according to a new report by LGBTQ rights group OutRight Action International. The World’s host Carol Hills spoke with the report’s lead researcher, Neela Ghoshal.
