New report says children repatriated from camps in Syria and Iraq are thriving

A new report by Human Rights Watch says most of the children who were repatriated from detention camps for ISIS suspects and their families in northern Syria and Iraq are thriving in their home countries. These children were either born in ISIS territories or they were taken there by their parents or relatives. The World’s Shirin Jaafari discusses the report’s findings with host Marco Werman.
