A luxury cruise ship that’s been quarantined near Mauritius was finally allowed to dock on Tuesday. The Norwegian Dawn had been held offshore from the Indian Ocean island because a cholera outbreak was suspected among the passengers. As hosts Marco Werman and Carolyn Beeler explain, the 15 of the more than 3,000 people aboard were sick, but the ship’s wastewater did not test positive for cholera.
