Early in January, an attack shook the Hazara community in Quetta, Pakistan. A group of Hazara coal miners was brutally murdered as they slept. ISIS took responsibility for the attack, making this the latest example of their systematic targeting of Hazaras. The World’s Shirin Jaafari reports.
