A community of Haitian migrants has been growing in Tijuana, Mexico, for nearly a decade. Many have fled a devastating earthquake, hurricanes, financial collapse, and, now, political instability and violence. KPBS’ Max Rivlin-Nadler reports on the crossroads many Haitians now face in Mexico.
