Yesterday, a 52-year-old man was killed by two dogs in the UK. The dogs are believed to be of a breed known as the American XL Bully, which has been connected to a string of recent attacks in the United Kingdom. Today, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak announced that his government would seek to ban the breed.
