Amid rising rents, Turkey issues new rules to restrict Airbnb

Like many top vacation destinations, Turkey has released new rules to restrict Airbnb. Potential hosts must get permission from every flat owner in a building, and buy a license for short-term rentals. Current hosts say it’s a de facto ban on the service, while neighbors voice concerns that too much tourism is putting stress on rent prices for locals. The World’s Durrie Bouscaren has more.
