If you think you’re good at napping, it’s safe to say penguins are better — the Antarctic birds take thousands of naps a day, according to a new study. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with one of the study’s authors, Paul-Antoine Libourel, who said that penguins can average 600 naps in an hour alone. Libourel is a neuroscientist at the Neuroscience Research Center of Lyon in France.
