Authorities in Sindh province in Pakistan are considering a bill that would send parents to jail if they refuse to vaccinate their children. The bill, which is in the final stages of becoming law, also includes fines up to about $200. Experts say coercion methods like these are likely to backfire. The World’s Shirin Jaafari reports.
