3 years after Beirut blast, no one has been held accountable

Three years ago this month, a powerful explosion ripped through the capital of Lebanon. About 200 people were killed, including several children. The government said it would investigate but so far, to the dismay of survivors, no one has been held accountable as The World’s Shirin Jaafari found out.
