In Kabul on Thursday, at least 21 people were killed and 33 more wounded. Worshippers were gathered for evening prayers at a mosque in Afghanistan’s capital. No group immediately claimed responsibility for the deadly bombing, but ISIS has stepped up attacks since the Taliban took control of the country a year ago. As host Marco Werman explains, the deadly rivalry between the Taliban and ISIS illustrates a core problem facing Afghanistan.
